another question:

Is it true that a shield/or weapon lose good stats when you colore it with a dye?
A friend of mine, said that he had a shield with +10 against blunt attacks, and after he colored it, it was -10 against blunt attacks.
True? I can't believe it, cuz I see often good ranked guilds, who colore their weapons/shields
